Each batch accommodates around 10 to 15 students.

We focus on healthy methods, avoiding crash diets. With consistency, you can lose about 3 to 4 kg per month.

Absolutely, you have the flexibility to attend classes at your convenience. Consistency is our priority.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide demo or trial classes. You can find complete workout sessions on our Facebook page.

Our program covers all aspects of fitness, aging, and fat loss challenges. The schedule includes Yoga, Cardio, Core exercises, and Strength training.

Classes run Monday to Friday across all time slots, and we often have extra sessions on weekends, allowing you to attend up to 6 or 7 days.
